plate solving error help please

does anyone know why Im getting this? Ive uninstalled reinstalled and still having this problem. Its driving me nuts...

did you post to the APT forum?...usually a good bet Ivo can sort it out

Open ASPS on it's own. There will be a file in the header column. If you clear this and close ASPS and reopen the file will still be there. Try navigating to a different file and solve that in ASPS. Once it solves close it down and try again in APT. I have had this on a couple of occasions.

Have you had it working before ? there is a update for APT one of the updates was due to platesolving not solving ,did you try blind solve first not solve .
