If in charge of a Rover

If you were in charge of a Rover for planetry exploration where would you send it and what would you like to see on the Rover(Camera's,drills that sort of thing)?

Conditions are not a concern the Rover will take any pressure or other Atmospheric Dangers...

I think Titan would be a good start,given the information NASA obtained last year?

Titan would be my choice for an exploration Rover, equipment like a Drill and Micro Lab would be great along with a Submergeable craft which could be placed in any place the rover digged into to get a closer look and the same for Europa if it could go into any lakes/seas under the frozen Moon.

Me too, fit it with a nuclear heated probe to melt its way down through the ice cap.

Or revive the nasa probe to mars with the drone to fly around the planet at a couple of hundred feet.

I think I would send another to the red planet again but with lots more capabilities on it now that they know how well they operate there I think I may also try looking in more depth (get it?) to finding water there and testing for life evidence of past or present so its going to be a pretty techy mission if this means going off to the polar regions so it would not be easy however you have given the ok for conditions when can I start?
