I can't find a good magnified finder scope for my Meade EQM!

(I'm still new to this website so I beg your pardon if I make a silly mistake)

I have a Meade Instruments EQM 114, and with it came a rather irritating to use red-dot.

Also, I live in a city with quite a bit of light pollution (Tokyo, for those who are wondering) and therefore, a red-dot just doesn't work out!

So for the Experienced Meade users out there, please tell me a good magnified finderscope for my EQM 114!

Firstly, Welcome to SGL.

Is there any chance you could post a picture please?. I think its the two screw type of finder. So there will be an optical option I'm sure.

Sincere apologies for the late reply, but it seems I no longer need to struggle to find a finderscope, for I recently purchased myself a SkyWatcher 150PDS!

Ah, you have the same one as I do.  It's sold in the U.S. as the Meade "Polaris" 114EQ...

I've found it to be quite a good kit, but for Tokyo and its light-pollution the more aperture the better, to a point that is.

I would invest in digital setting circles (DSCs).  They are immensely helpful in light polluted conditions.
