Hi Paul, the rollers are these ones which I found online.  I think they are freighted from China but everything arrived very promptly and on time.  I searched for U groove rollers and got the following link:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/50mm-U-Groove-Track-Roller-Wheel-Caster-Rigid-Top-Plate-for-Machine-Tool/122580962035?_trkparms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SIM%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D20160908110712%26meid%3D8d34f57a7b3a4336b6ca8c0c912697b5%26pid%3D100677%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D30%26sd%3D392131061140%26itm%3D122580962035&_trksid=p2385738.c100677.m4598

They took 1 - 2 weeks to arrive.  I bought a couple separately to check the size, then went ahead and bought the rest.  I have a total of 12, with 6 on each side.  It probably doesn't need as many as that but there are 6 roof trusses and it seemed a simple solution to put one under each end of each truss.  There shouldn't be any danger of sagging as everything is evenly supported.  The pic shows one of the end rollers where I couldnt quite get directly under the truss, so I made up a wedge.

Progress outside.  The play frame is about complete, grandchildren have already christened it although they didn't stay long outside in this weather (too cold).  The running rail for the obs roof, the nearest one to the camera, is in two parts so there is easy access to the shed 2 door.

Having "too many rollers" is never a mistake. IMHO.
Only in an ideal world will rails ever be infinitely flat and straight enough to maintain equal loading.
In reality, the share of the loading, per roller, is never equally shared from one moment to the next.
Timber warps with changing humidity, temperature, local loading and [often] just because it can.
An idealist might come up with a balancing suspension of levers rather like a multi-point, mirror cell.
Reality prefers the simplicity of "too many rollers" to help to share the constantly changing load.

I like the climbing frame to mask the rails. I could've done something similar - but not sure my 22 year-old would play on it ?

Kids today, eh?  :wink2:

Hi Paul,  good luck with your rollers etc.  Let us know how you get on!  I liked these rollers as they are quite deep and therefore have good engagement with the rail.
