The 80% moon on Sunday night  thwarted my efforts to image my favourite DSOs, so tried some Ha imaging on NGC 1499. This is a 3 panel mosaic along the centre of the Nebula, it would need at least 8 panels on this imaging scale to capture it properly.

It has gone very noisy on the RHS, this panel had less total integration time.

16 x 600 secs

Esprit 150

G2-8300 Baader 7nm Ha filter

Mesu 200

Calibrated and stacked in APP, processed in Startools and PS.

Very nice, I like the long landscape presentation.  It has a real depth to it.  I too was also imaging this great minds like a like (or fools seldom differ).  Currently processing mine, but it's taking an age to register the subs in APP as a mosaic.
