M82 - 2 years again - HaRGB

Combined a shot taken last year of M81/82...last night, added 5 x 10 minute H-A subs on the ED80 to the colour data from last year (retweaked and colour/hue adjusted)

ED80 is not the best scope for this object, a C8 or 11 (or similar kind of aperture) would be super..

Nothing special, but glad I finally got to see the whispy H-A stuff in this galaxy

Did this last year and the Ha is very very faint. I collected the Ha for a good few hours and it still needed a hefty stretch. How did you add in the Ha Nick?

Imaged in 10 minute subs with the Atik 314L. Took that, and Maxim DL combined, with flats and darks. Then DDP in Maxim, back in to CS2, and then lassoo and applied the stretch to the "wing" regions

brings em up a treat!
