My New Best Orion Nebula Image

This is my ABSOLUTE BEST photo of the Orion Nebula so far, really! I bumped up the ISO (to 1600) on my Nikon D3200 to brighten the cluster. The camera picked up the colors beautifully:

The Trapezium was a bit more discernible at ISO 800:

Nice, sharp and clean..... is this a single frame?

Thanks, Peter! Yes, they are single frames, 30 sec exposure, ISO 1600 (first pic), ISO 800 (second pic). I took the pictures at prime focus through my 127mm Mak.

Good one... definite improvement....

Thanks, Mars. I finally found the right combination of shutter speed, aperture and ISO for this beautiful cluster to get a nice image from a single frame.
