I've got something similar for my 15" dob.  The problems with it are dead lifting the assembled Dob on and off the cart, they don't do well on inclines or rough ground, and steering them is difficult.  The wheelbarrow handles solve all these issues because you don't ever dead lift the scope, with large pneumatic tires, they do great on rough terrain and inclines, and steering and control is superb because you've got two handles rigidly attached to the scope.
