Also a member of an astronomy society, and get more than my fair share of astronomy fix, as been committee member

Club also does presentations in primary schools, and space/astronomy badge scout/guide movement

Out a couple of nights per month doing presentations,  and finding it very rewarding working with our younger generation

I also do presentations on Australian Indigenous Astronomy, which dates back over 40,000 years

That sounds amazing the work you do within schools. Its only discussed here in schools very briefly. Considering humans are now thinking about going further into space than previously before, i'd have thought the sciences subject such as this would be approached a little bit more. Sadly not though. Its a good opportunity to get kids involved at a young age as you're inspiring them there and then while in schools they may never get the opportunity. Good job
