Astro Engineering

Does anyone have any experience with Astro Engineering? I want to buy a pier from them (http://www.astro-engineering.com/prod/astroengineering/telescopemountings/stdpiereq5.html) but I've now sent two emails asking for some more info with no reply in two weeks...

Pretty sure l bought something small from them in the past with no problems.

I may be a bit off beam here, but Astroboot now relocated to Sweden seem to have an association with Astro Engineering  and re-sell some of the stuff that they make. Astroboot  announced two weeks ago that it would be off line for two weeks for a holiday and just seems to have resumed business. Whether AB and AE take holidays together I don't know but seems like a bit of a coincidence!

I think i'm going to go with Altair. More expensive but they have loads of information about their pier and are really responsive. Shame as the AE one looked good.
