11.6 day old Moon, 07-04-17

Seeing not as good as last night but still pretty good so I had a good vis session then some imaging.

90 Frames at 1/1000s, ISO 100. Pipp>Registax>IMPPG, I've got a mosaic to process when I have time too. 

 

And here's a first go at one of the mosaic panes, it's quite soft and demonstrates how the seeing wasn't perfect but I think it'll be a usable image.

As always, nice images John! I haven't tried a mosaic yet but look forward to that challenge!

I've had a week of annual leave, mainly for pottering and household fettling purposes but I've had lovely weather the whole week and the time to take advantage of it too. Very happy all round.
