Afternoon Moon 07-11-16

Lovely clear deep blue skies just before 4 this afternoon and not a cloud in sight with the moon hanging there looking lovely so out came the gear for a proper day lit moon.

286 frames at 1/640s ISO 100, sorted down to 143 in Pipp and aligned/cropped, then the best 66 picked by AS!2 stacked, on to Registax for top 2 wavelets and a bit of sharpening and colour/levels adjustments in Photoshop.

Nice work John, the inverted image on first viewing reminded me of the Death Star from Star Wars lol.
