hi all just as title says, ive got sgpro and artemis to take them with, whats the best way in sgpro if possible once again thanks

I don't know about Sgp but apt has a flats aid so you know what exposure length you'll need for your desired ADU. I'd place a plain white T shirt over the top of your scope then put your flat panel on top of that and see how you get on.

I have also just got a huion.  I am currently using APT and an EOS1100 but I cannot see where to find this magic 23000 number that everyone says I should aim for in exposure/illumination.  APT says it only supports CCDs in its Flats Aid.

Any help appreciated.

It's ok just to use AV mode to take flats. You don't have that with a ccd, hence the need to measure.
