August 8th - 5.37 pm - Hedgerow Prominence in E now forming a filaprom. **Pic Added

I went out to observe the sun at 5.30 pm and noticed the leading edge of the large hedgerow prominence on the E limb has moved further onto the disk,  to start  forming a filaprom.  By the morning it will of course have moved further on and could be quite spectacular.  It looks great now if you have time to look!
