Afocal half an hour sesh

Haven't had scope out for ages what with work and family life getting in the way ... Add to that an iffy back and the poor scope got neglected.

No time for imaging but held my android to the 14mm ep on the C8.

You should definitely get back on astronomy/imaging. Love the moon shot. Saturn is sattisfactory also

ok, one from the proper gear ... still naff though as just clearing neighbours roofs and my garage, very turbulent air.

naff you say. It's split the Cassini devision nicely though.  50 years ago photos like that would have made the front page in newspapers, and would have been taken with really specalist gear and lots of painstaking effort.
