which guide scope

Im down to two, either the orion 50mm with the starshoot autoguider, or the QHY mini guidescope kit with the mono QHY5II mono. The QHY comes out cheaper plus its smaller and will fit better on my setup, any thoughts?

The SSAG didn't work with Win 10 but Orion are supposed to have fixed it.

If you took the original SSAG apart it had QHY5 printed on the circuit board.

I'd go with the QHY.

You should really be guided by which set up gives you the best match to the scope you intend to guide!

if the pixel size of the 2 cameras are the same then I doubt it will make a difference, however if they are substantially different then you would really be better of working out which set up suits your imaging scale!

I read about the issues with windows 10, luckily I have windows 7 so im ok there,  I do fancy the smaller scope if im honest though.  Thx for the reply Ray but you have lost me a little there,
