replacement travel scope focuser......

yes you read that title correct 

I came in the other day to find my kids had dismantled my celestron 70mm travel scope focuser, the bits they hadn't lost have been stripped....i'm not even sure what they have done.

But this scope was my first scope ( a fathers day present) and I was hoping to keep it functioning, any ideas where I can get a replacement for this telescope?

I understand I can buy a new one for the cost of a new focuser but its more for sentimental reasons.

You sure you can't rebuild it?

Do you have a picture of the parts you have salvaged/found?

Ouch!! You should be able to get a replacement through FLO, Rother Valley, 365Astro et al. I'm looking at upgrading my st80 focusser at some point to a Crayford and they are around £120 mark - dearer than the scope but a great upgrade ?

thanks for that, i've messaged the seller and my scope diameter seems too small, that one on astro is worth a punt.
