Leo Doublet?

First image in a long while...

Currently imaging the Leo triplet, but i think i made it a doublet :)

Have tried looking at KStars and Stellarium, and it looks like the third galaxy is out of frame.

Wondered if anyone could confirm.

First image in Ekos - Indi, so kind of starting over.

Added unprocessed 660 sec sub. Do think the streaking stars one one side of the frame might be a "slanted" sensor after astromodding.

Or a crocked fit between the FF and the scope.

It will need some HLVG!

Finally got dss to stack it. It was having trouble with the fits from ekos, so i had to manually add alignment stars.

Have 23 660 sec subs, so hopefully ill get some detail.

First attempt at galaxies, so two is better then none :)

Stacked and some process in ps.

Not the most impressive galaxy image ever, but i'm actually quite happy with it as my first galaxy.

Some detail in the dust lanes, and some star color.

Will have to get all three next time, and sort out what seems to be a little dodgy guiding.

All that frost might have something to do with your 'dodgy guiding'!

That's probably true.

I think i figured out that -13.6 C is right at the lower limit for the gear.

Has been clouded for more or less a month straight, so had to use the opportunity :)

Made a more pleasing version, with some more color.

I always get a little colorblind when working on the first version of a image. Going from the stacked image with almost no color, i always end up under saturated.
