Here is another shot from last night. Milky Way through Cygnus. Taken from a Sutton Bank.  

I had a great night imaging. While the rig was shooting away, I took in the sights of the universe with my eyes. I wasn't disappointed. Anybody local to the area who is looking for a dark sky site, I cant recommend this place enough. It can be a bit spooky if you go by yourself! I'll certainly be heading back up there for more data.

This Samyang 14mm lens is slowly taking over the nifty fifty as my favourite lens.

Very very nice.

I've had my finger on the buy it now button for a while regarding this lens, but I'm torn between it and the 8mm fisheye.

Images like this do help me sway though

It's a little beauty of a lens. I'm very happy with it. When I saw that first image, I was gobsmacked! We just need some more clear nights so I can use it again!
