My CELESTRON SUPER C8.........

I got a SUPER C8 on Sunday, we observed last night, and my friend (who always keeps a C8) called me today and said.... Mark, That SUPER C8 has the best images of any C8 that I have ever looked through... I bought it from a friend of mine.... I also thought that the views were quite incredible, the 80mm Finder finds everything... I am a happy camper.....SATURN was Awesome !!!!!

Very nice! And quite a sizeable finderscope. I Had a quick look at the C8 model history and the Super C8 dates back to the early 1980's - so i think your scope qualifies as a genuine 'classic'?! Enjoy i'm sure you'll have many happy years of use.

I have the newer 9.25 SCT, I do like Celestron Cats..I had a 6SE to start with.

You should get some great views with yours. The 80mm finder is a scope in its own right.
