Saturn with Dslr

Here's a quick Saturn from last night with my Cannon 60Da & SW 250 PDS.

2 mins Mov converted in Pipp to Avi,stacked in Registax.

Good luck Ian,skies look good here at moment but its an early night for me tonight,been a long day with 20 little 5 yr olds running round the back garden.

Nice image... Saturn always looks great but that's a properly sweet pic....

That's really sweet! Nice photo I gotta try my dslr with my 90mm Mak. Guess I need a Nikon T ringthing.

Was your photo a single exposure? (Guessing not but I know notheeng about AP.)

The image is made from a 2 min movie file,captured with cannon EOS utility software,you then have to create a Avi file to stack,i used Pipp to do this then stacked with autostakker2.I used around 50% of over 6000 frames.

The 60da and some other models can take 50 fps using video crop mode...and give a bigger image than normal on dslr's.
