First Luna images with the Fluorostar 110

Actually managed to use the WO FLT 110 last night! Even managed a few Luna images with the Canon stuck on the narrow end. Just downloaded the results and attach some samples,all single frame shots just downsized to fit.

First one is at prime focus through a x2 Barlow. With a bit of practice I reckon it could turn out an image nearly as good as SR's phone!

Second is through a 10mm ep and the third a 10mm ep with a x 2 Barlow lens fitted. Rima Ariadaeus shows up quite well with Hyginus in the shadows. Should be OK with a few tweaks in Photoshop so on the whole I'm quite pleased.

It's looking like a good partnership CW.

I foresee lots of lunar goodies on the horizon. Maybe something from

the evenings occultation of the Beehive Cluster?.
