DBK21 frame rate ??????

Hi all:

I am wondering....how does one get 60fps out of the dbk21?  The one I have is not with the 618 chip, however I think it is supposed to capture up to 60fps(?)

No idea what capture application you're using, but does it restrict your available frame rates to those you can achieve with the current exposure time?  Any exposure time over 16ms is going to cause problems with getting 60fps.

You will need it set on the codecs y800 y800 for raw data with debayer switched off. I do recall this camera had an issue with ring artefacts at 60fps so may be best to stick with 30fps.

In practice, the old DMK21 would only reach 60 FPS at exposure times of 15ms or less. The DBK should be similar

Thanks guys....I hooked the camera up inside...not thru scope)....tried the y800 y800 codecs...switched off debayer....set exposure at i/60sec and it worked!!!!
