Hi Nebewbie2stargazing and welcome to SGL, I am afraid name errors often happen on the welcome page, the brain misinterprets what is read in the opening statements, to come out with something, not quite what it should be, others coming along, pick up on the error and carry it on. This doesn't get your scope fixed though does it. There are a number of members who have Prodigy`s on the forum, so I suggest you bounce your question into the Getting stared equipment help and advice section, if this does not help and it is still wrong, refer the matter to you dealer, hope you sort the problem, as I am sure this has cropped up before a while back
