Lovely clear blue skies today. Just a couple of days ago the beeb were predicting snow all day today   Managed a quick look through the PST as well but decided against imaging as most of the action was prominences. A couple of nice looking filaments as well though.

The white light is 45 frames from 175, all 1/2000th second @ ISO 100. Converted and cropped in PIPP, stacked in Registax 5.1 and tweaked in Gimp2.8.

Nice shot. Very smooth in white light at the moment, isn't it. A lot more going on in H-alpha.

Nice sharp image of a very very quite sun!

Nice capture, but a few more sunspots required. There were sunny spells up here on Sat but a major bit of DIY kept me busy all day. It didn't get finished in the end, might as well had an hour imaging.
