Hi,

Yes, particularly on the last couple you can see a red and blue line on the limb. This is because the RGB frames are not aligned correctly. A quick way (not the best) to sort this is to put the pic into R6 and do an RGB align. The proper way to sort the issue is to go back to the individual files in WinJupos and do the adjustment tab again. If you tick the LD compensation box before doing the alignment it will help to position the ring perfectly. Don't forget to un tick the box before saving the position file. When combining the RGB files, set the LD value to .90 for each file before combining. Hope that helps.
