Comet Lovejoy C/2014 Q2 from Oxfordshire

On Christmas Eve a belt of cloud to the South thwarted my attempt to catch the comet but the forecast for the 25th was better. I drove out to a dark site to the south of Witney Oxfordshire and set up my Astrotrac with a Canon 300mm lens on my Sony A7s body and managed to bag it with the first frame even though it was only 7 degrees above the horizon.
