Merry Christmas, I had a few clear hours. IC 443 Ha and Oiii

Hi,

Been waiting for this for nearly a month. Still I did not start imaging till 11 pm and then I had to stop a few times as clouds were around. Anyhow glad I did something even though it is not exactly brilliant. The Oiii is almost none existent with this target with such short exposure.

13 X 600s of Ha and 7 x 600s of Oiii, WO Star 71, Atik 383l and HEQ5. processed in PI and PS.

Stretched the weak Oiii till the photons screamed and made a Synth Green layer, with this I made an of HST image of a sort. Different I guess.

Different take on the DSO - after getting a lot of data on this I was quite disappointed with the end results I achieved.  Nice object for a mosaic.

Its good work for limited data without doubt - mine looks great mono but colours did not really happen so finding some tone difference is great.
