You'll always struggle to get any real detail close in to be honest , too little contrast with the Sun out too ... you can adjust levels to accentuate any details in post but you end up with a shot that looks distinctly 'un-daylight like' ...  :embarrassed:

But I love full disc imaging in daylight , a crisp bright Moon against a pale blue sky is a treat ...  :laugh:

Thanks Steve, I try really hard to get my imaging to improve. That's why daytime is stepping outside the nighttime comfort zone, I have to keep imaging in order to get improvement. I've been hardcore imaging for 6 months and getting better all the time and I'm a disabled amateur astronomer that only uses 1 hand to do everything.
