northcanadian
Hi all:I am wondering if there is a dew heater strip that will plug directly into a car power outlet and/or ac 12v dc converter. I have checked a few sites, however they also require a controller. Is there such a thing...minus controller, I mean? Thanks againCheersRoger
Daniel-K
Hi Roger is this what you mean http://www.firstlightoptics.com/dew-prevention/12v-dew-heater-supply-cable.html the idea though of the controller is so you can regulate the heat as and when needed. too much heat will cause thermal currents to you scope creating an awful image. hope this helps

jambouk
You could unplug it, plug it in, unplug it, throughout the night...James
