Oct '14 Lunar eclipse

Nice capture, David! Here is a composite of a few images I caught from Iowa, this morning. Thought our friends over the pond would like to know that the eclipse took place, as planned!

Taken through a 200-400 Nikkor Zoom (at 400mm), with 1.4x tele-converter into a D2x.

From NZ around midnight local time. Most of the eclipse was plagued with cloud. Pentax K10D, Pentax 75-300 FAJ set to 300mm, ISO 1600, NR on, 2 sec exposure, tripod used.
