More fun with my son's £5 car boot sale scope (moon pics this time).

Hi all,

Some of you may have already seen the Orion Nebula images I have recently taken with this scope. This time it's some moon pics taken with it attached to my Canon Eos 400D. Both are single (hand held) 1/800 sec shots at ISO 400 and messed around a bit in Paintshop Pro 8. Even though the scope is nothing special and the 80mm objective lens is all scratched, I continue to be amazed by what it can achieve.

Nice lunar pics from small cheap scopes - like it Hopper 8) The 400d coped admirably.
