Both Heavens-above and Calsky list what they term "The Brighter Satellites", so I would assume it is one of those. You would need to supply your location and time to check up, suspect that Calsky has the more brighter ones but I never can get my location into it easily, keeps defaulting to where it thinks I am at from the IP address, and that is usually 15-20 miles different.

think I found it

tons.

Brightness: 3.4 mag (at 1000 km, 50% illuminated)
1.9 mag (at perigee, full illumination)
Mean magnitude from visual observations
