Canon EOS 300D drivers

does anyone have a link for the canon 300D drivers so i can hook it up to the laptop? thanks

Presume you have tried the Canon UK website. You then choose your OS and options from there and download as appropriate.

What OS and computer do you have ? If your laptop is running an OS newer than XP you may be out of luck anyway because the camera will not be supported.

There is no EOS Utilities software for a 300D running with Windows 7. XP and below only. Your best bet is to try BYEOS (search for Backyard EOS) and use the one month free trial to see how you get on.

In the settings on the final page you have to select / communication/ ptp not normal . Then you won't need any drivers also connect the camera when its on . My pc is windows 7 .I don't have any problems connecting my 300d to my pc doing the way I have described

Just got a 1000D so don't need the 300D anymore. Thanks anyway
