Solar 28-04

Not a huge amount happening though there is an incredibly thick filament at just past 6pm which resembles a big black slug. Would have loved to have seen this on the solar limb.

At least you have been able to catch some sunlight. Not much here

Been real touch and go Michael and very hazy but yes I guess hazy sun is better than no sun at all.

It's really hazy here too but could pic out the same distinct filament Anthony there is a really bright plague at 7 o'clock. I'm I using the correct terminology here? :-)

I think you may mean Plage but yes I saw that too.

No sun for me for TWO days! Mind you, I had no chance of white light solar during lunch today - I accidentally took my eyepiece case instead of my 66mm refractor's case
