Cartes du Ciel  new version available to download 3.10-2854  can be installed on top of your existing programme without any problems at least that was my experience.

Has a few extras in the information panel when you double click on a star.

I love this programme run my EQmod through it. FULL MARKS to the programmers.

I think on the Sourceforge page where you can download this (Great) software you can sign up for update notification by E-Mail...That's what I get and for Eqmod too.

Really useful.

Just got the ucac4 cats for north and equator. Thankfully these days I have a fast connection - it's taking five times longer to copy the files to the cat folder than it did to download the files...!
