A couple of Lunar shots from Sunday

I've had a cracking few days.

Since Friday I've imaged the Moon on three evenings, Jupiter on two evenings, Saturn in the early hours of Saturday, the Sun in Ha on Sunday afternoon and managed to completely ignore Mars at every opportunity (I really dislike Mars - have I ever mentioned that lol). 

This is just a couple of images of the Moon while I was setting up for the Jupiter transits. 

Skymax 127, DMK21 - about 7000 frames each  with the top 800 or so for the final stack.

Very nice.  I really must get my head around the mosaic support for EQMOD etc. and do a full lunar image with my ASI120MM.

Makes life much easier if you do, I assume?  Particularly when it comes to getting sufficient overlap.

Might make it easier, I've never tried it. 

I start at one "corner" and work my way up and down till I think I have the whole lot. Half the fun is the anticipation "did I miss a bit" when you come to merge everything together lol.

Damn annoying when you do miss a bit though
