3 NB flavours of Monkey Head . . . sunglasses?

Just for fun - and so I can experiment - I've processed 3 different HOO blends of the Monkey Head.  I'm ready and braced for any potential 'marmite' response!

The 3 are:

• Ha -- 30%Ha/70%O3 -- O3
• Ha -- 20%Ha/80&O3 -- O3
• Ha -- O3 -- O3

I think my favourite is the 20%/80% blend for the synthetic green.

Esprit 80 again, with Avalon Linear and 460EX, Baader filters.  Only 5 x 10 min subs for each Ha and O3 all binned 1 x 1.  Images a bit noisy but fun.

I prefer the 3rd one in this instance, it's more pleasing all round to my eye.

The third one is great because of the clear colour contrast between the centre and the outer part of the nebula.

I like the third one too. It's just a little cleaner looking.

It's a nice image, of the three my vote goes to the 2nd one, I prefer this palette to the normal red-centric ones.
