I ordered some Bob's knobs for my CPC and they arrived in less than a week. The thing about Bob's knobs is that you know the length is going to be exact for your scope. I'm not sure that these would be so exact or that the threads would be correct. Still they are about half the cost of Bob' knobs so may be worth a punt.

My Sumerian Optics has nice knurled knobs for adjusting the secondary and I imagine compared to hex screws, they're worth their weight in gold.
