Many Thanks to all who messaged and yes, I got a copy of Making Every Photon Count. I purchased it before I spent the money on the new dedicated imaging kit and it gave me confidence that I could cope even with my dull brain.

Looking forward to the kit arriving Tuesday and I have ordered some clear skies from Amazon but not sure if they are able to deliver locally!
