Big dob fever

Hi all well it's big dob time again I gave my beloved 12" solid tube dob up and have regretted it ever since ,I thought I would try imaging but I have in 17 months done this about 30 times and I loved it but I found it so boring ( I hear the groans and moans from the pros) so here is my dilemma I have a accession 5" edt carbon firbre scope and guide scope 80mm plus rings,qhy5 guide cam bartmask ,2" accession field flatner ,2"Idas type 2 lp filter,dew band and oag,and it's had no use at all it all in pristine condition ,the optics are clean and un touched so if I sold this what sort of price would I get ,yes I know it's hard to say but I dearly want a 14/16 inch dob new or second hand it's really sat doing nothing and I really should use it but astro imaging is not for me any more ,I am not sure how to price such things and do not no the value I have all the receipts for every thing I have all cables for the cams ect so if any one could pm me with what a average price for the lot would be I would be grateful I do not expect to get all the money back I would consider a swap for the right big reflector or the right amount of money any suggestions are welcome I paid 1600 pound for the 5"edt carbon firbre to give you a idea pm me with what values for the second hand market is

id normally look at 60% - 70% of the new price when selling second hsnd for decent kit.

I think astronomia.co.uk do trade-ins, and sell the second-hand ones at telescopeoutlet.co.uk, I bought a s/h scope from them.

This retailer http://www.rothervalleyoptics.co.uk/ advertises for used kit.  

You'd get a bit less, as they will quite understandably need to sell on with a margin, but if they take it, maybe less hassle than selling to a private individual.

thats why my 12" dob is stored in the garage - otherwise the frustration of not being able to use it due to the weather would send me insane, if I could see if staring at me in the corner of the room!

As I type this I can reach out and touch it. So shiny and smooth. It taunts me really.

I can hear it whisper, "Call in sick to work and take me out..... You know you want to..."

Even the shadow cast on the wall is sexy. I really need to get it out before I go nuts. (Or maybe I already am?)
