Rosette nebula with unmodified DSLR

Had a shortish run on the Rosette last night. Processed 6x10 min subs with Lightroom and PS-CS3. Taken with an unmodified Nikon DSLR, Altair Astro 115 EDT-APO with 0.79x reducer/flattener

That is a very nice looking image.  I like the star colours.

I really like that!! 

The colouring is really beautiful and tends to get lost with too much H-alpha.  It takes on a different character looking like that.

Great result with a DSLR. I wish I could give the Rosette a go but it never gets very high at 60N. To make things worse the area low to the south is the only area of the sky where there is unavoidable LP at you dark site...

Thanks for the comments everyone,

I (sometimes) find Ha just overloads some subjects - this being one. As always needs more data and no moon which caused a real problem with later subs. So much so I didn't include them.
