Pretty chuffed - first stacked Jupiter!

Hi all! I've just come in from taking a stacked shot of Jupiter and Ganymede (bottom middle) - I've been trying to get it for the last week but nothing until I found a tip that said to check the Gain and voilà!! I'm pretty chuffed with the result (single 2 min exposure stacked, aligned then tidied up in PShop). 

Any thoughts would be great!

I must get a DSLR and try like you and see what i can do i wont be as good a first go as yours though i will be hopeless.

Who says? Get a dslr that can record avi and has Live View and give it a pop. I'm no expert, I just tried a few times until it worked out

That is  my next big purchase a canon not sure which one 650d maybe then i will try that's all i can do  never get anywhere without trying. I might be picking your brains for help.
