Let the guiding commence

Last season I just got the kit together to start guiding. I had one successful shot at it having spent most of the night getting it going.

Initial problem was that I was using a guiding camera, with supplied software and pretty much got ready to smash it and start again.

Eventually I got a PHD set-up ready to go, after some problems with drivers not working. Grrrrr. So tonight I went out to put it to the test.

Ok the moon is washing everything out but it works!!! It was easier than I thought. So now I'm waiting for a good night so that I can find out

just how much Tescos is polluting my sky.
