I bought mine from 365 Astronomy and had no problems.  I ordered late afternoon and it was delivered next morning.

I ordered mine direct from ZWO; arrived in less than a week; no import duty to pay and much cheaper then any European reseller.

The price difference is small enough now to make purchasing from a UK retailer a better bet now, just in case you'd have to send it back for some reason. There is always a possibility that the vat and the tax could become applicable.
