C Mount Adapter for Contax / Yashica Zoom Lens??

Hi,

Hope someone can advise.......

I have just been rummaging in my old photo kit and have found a 28 - 85 zoom Vivitar zoom lens which has a Contax / Yashica mount system.

I am interested in trialling it on my Astro modified Phil Dyer 1 camera.

I have been trawling the web but can't seem to find a C mount adapter - any ideas anyone??

Dearer option is buy a photography adapter to say a canon the c to canon adapter.

The adapter arrived today approx. 8 days since ordering it from America!! - It physically fits my Yashica zoom lens and video cameras a treat - all I need to do it see how the image performance shapes up. Thanks to Johnno for pointing me in the right direction!!!

Fitted a small "C" ring to the camera and it looks as if I should get a FOV between about 10 - 25 degrees - all I need now is a clear night sky!!
