Perhaps a little chance tomorrow night according to the met, though seeing and the moon will undoubtedly put paid to anything serious - still, we live in hope

I am bumping this thread as i would like some info from those that have made this conversion and have managed to test it. How well does it perform at long focal lengths? Also is there any problems with load capacity? I am asking because my equipment is aslo heavy and at long focal length (GSO RC 8'' )
