Stellarium 0.12.4 is available + update question

I downloaded Stellarium last week and only tonight really got to grips with it and added my scope & EPs, thought I'd go to the official website and learn more about it to discover there's been an uupdate.

One thing I cant find in the program settings though is a way of informing me of an Update, unless I'm missing it I take it we have to keep an eye on the website for news of an update?

I think I have read somewhere that an 'UPDATE' link has been included in th latest update. Unless that was another piece of software!

I have the latest Stellarium too and after loading up an ASCOM driver for the Gemini 2 Titan 50 mount, do you think I could get this program to work the mount? Nup. ziltch.

Not a movement even though it connected. So how does one work a mount after following all the ##$%# instructions?

Anyone actually slewing, synching etc. with this program?
