Hooked on flares

Since getting the iridium flare app I'm hooked! They really are great fun. Impressive ! Had a niece over and said look over there and Kapow! Suitably impressed by her knowledgeable uncle, ahem!

What app are you using?

I use 'ISS Detector' (with the 'Comets and Planets Extention' add-on for Android and I find it extremely accurate.

It's just iridium flares, excellent, think it was €2 or less

Flares are great. Ive never planned to observe any but been lucky enough to see seven of them unexpectedly. There's a free app in the google store for android phones.

I prefer my trousers to be straight cut, I am also surprised an app is available for them
