Crab Nebula in Ha

I wanted to try this object in Ha just to see how much detail it pulls out but as the moon is more or less full I wasn't holding out much hope. I was rather surprised at how much did appear. I'll definitely try this one again once the lunar cycle is over. Unfortunately this was all I could do tonight as the cloud rolled in not long after I'd finished this sequence.

Look stop showing off Brian with 15 min subs , i,m only allowed that ehhehehehehhe , but seriously thats good , blimey thats right by the moon , so you lucky to get much really ,. but more so getting the long subs is great ,and can only give you confidence once that moon is out of the way ,and return some cracking images .

Yes you've definitely got some detail there Brian which is quite a feat with the ED80 since it is a small target

The Crab is not easy at the best of times. However you succeeded in spite of it being drenched in moonshine.
